Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days following payment confirmation.
• Operating Hours: Processing occurs Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays.
• Peak Seasons: During promotional periods or high order volumes, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience!

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are calculated and clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
• Estimated Delivery Time: Standard delivery within the contiguous United States takes 7–15 business days post-dispatch.
• Note on Delivery Times: Delivery estimates are non-binding. Once your order is handed over to the carrier, unforeseen transit or weather delays are beyond our direct control.

3. Order Tracking

• As soon as your package ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct tracking link.
• Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier to update tracking information after the label is generated.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

• Because all orders are shipped domestically within the United States, no cross-border customs duties or import taxes will apply to your order.
